Static charges and dust are problematic in screen printing processes. Static charges on the products to be printed (e.g. small plastic bottles and pots) attract dust. The dust usually gets into the screen during screen printing, where it is stuck. As a result, the dust is visible on each and every printed surface. This will lead to poorer quality and machines having to be stopped to allow cleaning of the screen, which will take some time and material. SIMCO has an effective solution to this problem. The K-cleaner cleans and neutralises the products immediately before they are printed. Dust is removed and ambient dust is not reattracted.
