The PerforMAX3 is the most advanced static control system available for monitoring static neutralising performance. PerforMAX3 provides outstanding extended range performance to eliminate static charges even when installed 5 to 25 cm from webs (depending on conditions), and up to 50 cm on winders. This system is also capable of neutralizing charged materials travelling up to 750 meter per minute, and faster depending on conditions.
The power supply module provides the high voltage (DC) to the static bar. The high voltage causes the ionizing pins on the static bar to generate positive and negative ions.
The display module features bar graphs for negative and positive neutralising current and static bar output efficiency. The indicator lights display the status of the neutralising system including static bar on or off, when the static bar needs cleaning, if the system is neutralising properly and if there is a fault. An optional computer interface is available for remote monitoring of the system and data logging (software included).
The static bar of the PerforMAX 3 system is current limited. This safety feature does not compromise its exteme efficiency. The static bar is equipped with two rows of emitter pins who each have a different high voltage polarity. The connecting cables are detachable and make daisy chain (bar-to-bar connection) possible.
